Project Approval · Document IV

Submit a cultural project for review by the Governance Council. Approved projects are funded in UC Coin and anchored on the public registry.

SUBMIT A CULTURAL PROJECT

Cultural projects funded by the Cultural Government can be: festivals, museums, archives, education programmes, language preservation efforts, artistic productions, traditional craft revivals, and any initiative serving the cultural commons. In Cycle II (2030-2035), 100 projects will be funded per country and region.

CRITERION 1
Cultural impact
Direct contribution to the cultural commons of a recognised entity.
CRITERION 2
Verifiable lead
Lead applicant holds a Cultural Passport or recognised entity status.
CRITERION 3
Public record
Project deliverables anchored on chain at milestones.
CRITERION 4
Funding fit
Within Cycle quota and aligned with the Cultural Cycle's priorities.
